Shipping policy

A 2-day lead time is required for standard cakes, and 5-day lead for Occasion cakes. Daily cut-off is 4pm.

Store pick-up or local delivery can be selected at checkout.  

Pick-up is available from our baking studio in Orange grove during the following times:

• Tuesday to Friday: 10:00 to 16:00
• Saturday & Public holidays: 10:00 to 12:30
• Closed on Sundays and Mondays
  

With sufficient notice, alternative collection times can be arranged.

Online local delivery is limited to 40kms of Orange Grove, Johannesburg. To avoid delays on your order please select the correct rate at checkout:

• Free delivery on orders over R1500
• Local delivery up to 20kms - R100
• Local delivery 21kms to 40kms - R150
• Contact us for rates further than the above

Due to multiple deliveries at various locations, specific times can not be guaranteed. However, we will try our best to accommodate any delivery time requests.

Notification regarding a scheduled delivery slot will be sent the day prior to delivery.

Delivery times are 10:00 to 16:00 Tuesday to Saturday.
Regrettably, we are closed on Sundays and Mondays.
